Ealier today, the death of Nigerian lawmaker representing Lagos East Senatorial District Bayo Osinowo popularly known as Pepper was announced to the public, he died few hours ago today, Monday, June 15th 2020, at First Cardiologist Hospital, Lagos.
The Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District and a leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, Senator Sikiru Oshinowo until is death, was a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, where he was a four-time member from 2003 to 2019 representing Kosofe Constituency 1.
Unconfirmed report stated that the politician, died earlier this morning, of the ravaging COVID-19 related due to underlying ailment this morning.
According to reports, the senator popularly called Pepper tested possitive to COVID-19 last week, though it was not disclosed to the public.
According to sources, before the Senator Bayo Osinowo’ s death, Pepperito has been at the special intensive unit of Lagos cardiologist centre in Ikoyi, Lagos, treating coronavirus.
According to news making the rounds and a stronger confirmation from a reliable source close to the deceased.
The deceased will be buried today according to Muslim rites.
Until his demise, he was the Chairman House Committee on Commerce, Industrial and Investment in the Senate.
