Senator Ita Enang Canvases Support For Buhari’s Led APC Government
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Niger Delta Affairs and Economic Diversification, Senator Ita Enang has called on Akwa Ibom League of Professionals to give president Buhari’s APC led Federal Government the maximum support needed to drive the economy of the country and reposition it for the betterment of Nigerians.
Senator Enang made the call when Akwa Ibom League of professionals called on him in his office in Abuja on Thursday 3rd, December 2020 .
He expressed delight with the existence and purpose driven agenda of the group and also paid glowing Tributes to the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, late Chief Ufot Joseph Ekaette for his contribution in sustaining the activism of the group.
Enang promised to partner the group in many areas which he said his office is working towards repositioning the economy of the Niger Delta Region and Nigeria.
Earlier in his address, the president of the League, Dr. Enobong Umoessien commended Senator Ita Enang for his economic drives in repositioning the Niger Delta Region and the country at large, through sterling advices, effective representation and laudable programs.
He said the group is made of professionals from Akwa Ibom State and its members are seasoned experts drawn from diverse fields.
