Obi Files Suit At Presidential Election Petition Tribunal

The Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has filed a suit at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, Abuja against the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress as the winner by the electoral commission.

The petition seen by our reporter is marked CA/PEC/02m/2023 with Obi and the LP as plaintiffs, while the Independent National Electoral Commission, Bola Tinubu, and the APC are the defendant.
