Mrs Florence Ajimobi, widow of Senator Abiola Ajimobi, the late former Governor of Oyo State, has revealed that his death caused her to cease praying to God, and that one year after, she still sits by his tomb for morning coffee.

“You know, there’s really no timeline for how long grief and pain last. One really does not know how or when he or she will find closure. I will be honest with you, I still feel like I am in a rollercoaster.

“One minute I’m feeling strong and confident, next minute, I am overwhelmed with grief but I am grateful for the good and bad days.”
